How to Use the Wrist Ball:
Step 1: Hold the gyro ball in your hand, rotate the core upwards, and use two thumbs to spin the rotor until it reaches the corresponding elastic core position in the direction of the arrow.
Step 2: Grip the wrist ball tightly, then release your fingers from the spinner. The spinner will rotate at a speed of 1500 to 3000 rpm. Slowly lower your palm while rotating your wrist to maintain or increase the gyro ball's speed.
Step 3: As the core speed increases, you'll feel the corresponding increase in reaction force on your wrist and arm, synchronously building strength and resistance.
